Their previous security deposit will continue. Students joining GHS for the first time in this academic session will have to pay the security deposit. Mandatory and Optional Services Laundry and gym services are optional. Hostel fees and mess fees are mandatory. The above information has been officially confirmed. GHS Naming Update GHS’s parent company, Good Host Spaces, has renamed itself to Elevate Campuses. So, don’t get confused if you see naming changes in the upcoming session. Expected Mess Fees Expected mess fees: ₹79,000 approx. The official mess fees for the next academic session have not been disclosed yet, but based on past-year trends, it is expected to be around this amount. Estimated Amount Payable For Continuing Students Hostel fees + expected mess fees = ₹1,82,750 + ₹79,000 = ₹2,61,750 approx. For Students Joining GHS for the First Time Hostel fees + expected mess fees + security deposit = ₹1,82,750 + ₹79,000 + ₹25,457 = ₹2,87,207 approx. Important Note Do not pay for gym and laundry initially unless you are sure you need them. These services are optional and can be purchased later.
